

Programs are available in 3 and 6-month packages. These programs are designed to provide climbers with structured, individualized training that supports long-term progress.
Each athlete begins with a detailed self-assessment, which is completed independently and then reviewed during a 30-minute introductory call. This process ensures your current abilities, limitations, and goals are clearly identified before programming begins.

Training is delivered in 4-week blocks. At the end of each block, we will meet for a 1-hour review session to evaluate progress, adjust goals, and introduce the next phase of training. This cycle of assessment and modification ensures your training remains specific, effective, and aligned with your development.

3-Month Program – $800 (paid in full at the start)

6-Month Program – $1400 (two installments: 50% at the start and 50% at the 3-month mark)
